The QSE Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining food safety and quality standards across the organization. The QSE Manager oversees quality for the Cowgirl Creamery manufacturing facility and Tomales Bay Foods distribution center. The QSE Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and engaging staff organization-wide to adopt environmental, safety, and operational excellence.
Certification requirements: HACCP, PCQI, Cal/OSHA 30 hour training

Travel: Some weekly travel between company locations, otherwise based at Cader facility
