Overview

Program Director - Fairfield, CA at AlphaBEST Education, Inc.

Location: Fairfield, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (hours based on attendance). No weekends.

Pay & Benefits

• $24/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

What you'll do

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.

What you'll need

• Degree Required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
