Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a dynamic team of chefs, production staff, and supervisors.
• Manage all food production functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and all safety standards.
• Oversee department budgets, inventory management, scheduling, and productivity metrics.
• Implement Lean manufacturing practices to innovate meal preparation and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and airline partners to guarantee high-quality service and presentation.
• Engage in daily leadership discussions as the point person for performance improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on leadership experience in food production, catering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for motivating and building teams.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMP, and operational compliance.
• Experience with Variable Production Systems (VPS) or similar methodologies is highly advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• A proactive individual who flourishes in a diverse, multicultural, and deadline-driven environment.
