As a Customer Success Engineer , you'll serve as the crucial link between our advanced analytics technology and our customers' business objectives. This role combines technical expertise with customer advocacy to ensure successful implementation and maximum value realization from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Implementation: Lead end-to-end integration of our analytics platform, including event tracking setup, data pipeline configuration, and BI tool connections
• Solution Architecture: Design customized tracking plans and analytics solutions that align with customer business goals
• Data Optimization: Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure accurate insights
• Customer Enablement: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help customers fully leverage platform capabilities
• Technical Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product teams to influence roadmap priorities
• Success Planning: Develop and execute success metrics and adoption strategies for key accounts

Required Qualifications

• 3~5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar)
• Event tracking methodologies and implementation (SDKs, APIs, etc.)
• Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
• Data analysis using SQL and visualization techniques
• Explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Troubleshoot data-related issues across the full stack
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in analytics, data science, or related field
• Familiarity with programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript)
• Experience in customer success or account management
