Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies through physical and electronic channels for a specific Line of Business.
  • Perform project and program management, conduct risk assessments, resolve problems, and support governance processes related to changes in the bank's physical branch network and investment strategy.
  • Coach and train teammates as needed.
  • Serve as the Security Point of Contact (SPOC) for all front line roles in the financial center, working closely with Corporate Information Security on access requests and provisioning.
  • Manage user access profiles, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure appropriate access levels.
  • Develop and review access profiles, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Participate in application reviews, reporting, and meetings with partners and application owners.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking, Merrill Edge, Small Business, or Consumer Lending.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced features.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, excellent follow-up, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and build rapport with colleagues.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, professional, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with ARM System and managing access requests.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Expertise in Access Request Management, including Access Bundles, EAO, and Access Profiles.

Pay Transparency: The salary range is $81,000.00 - $116,000.00 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits.
