North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit organization that contracts with the California Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. NBRC provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We partner with community-based organizations to empower clients to thrive and live as independently as possible within diverse communities.
We are looking for a Social Services Case Manager to join our team of Service Coordinators. In this role you will manage the delivery of services to NBRC clients, including those with intensive physical or emotional needs, ensuring that the clients Individual Program Plan and its objectives are pursued. NBRC employees promote opportunities by supporting choices for people with developmental disabilities.
All employment at NBRC requires face-to-face, in-person interactions with clients, families, community, and co-workers. Candidates must live within commutable distance to their preferred NBRC office and assigned clients. 100% remote work is not available; a hybrid arrangement may be possible after successful in-office performance for at least 3 months.
$60,732 $66,984 with opportunities for 5% annual increases.
