Project Cost Accounting: Submit daily records of field personnel badge activities for the project site. Coordinate with foreman on site to ensure all project personnel are properly accounted for. Audit all hours across CCE systems and Client Systems (TRACK) to ensure customer and internal systems match. Properly allocate labor, equipment, meals, and material for all activities on site. Enter hours for indirect project support to ensure complete activities are documented for both field and office personnel. Perform weekly audits of customer data to ensure alignment with internal accounting and payroll records. Utilize internal accounting systems to create labor, equipment and material invoices for client submission. Manage new hires, labor rate changes and classification changes as they pertain to project billing. Ensure all company owned equipment is accounted for in Client (TRACK) and CCE billing systems.
