One of our life science and clinical diagnostics clients is seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to join their team. This person will be overseeing and managing the ServiceMax upgrade and functional expansion. This includes adding ServiceBoard and DataGuide and overseeing the design and implementation of the core ServiceMax functionality for Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Entitlements and SLAs, Service Maintenance Contracts, Parts Orders and Inventory, Installed Products, etc. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, great written and oral communication, and project management skills.

8+ years managing projects, 3-4+ years working with ServiceMax for varying industries across all core functions of the Service Processes
Functional knowledge of core ServiceMax functionality for Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Entitlements and SLAs, Service Maintenance Contracts, Parts Orders and Inventory, Installed Products, etc
Project Managing setup for ServiceBoard (Engineer Dispatch and Scheduling), DataGuide (Field Engineer Automated Checklists) and ServiceMax Go! Mobile preferred
Learning new ServiceMax AI capabilities
Familiar with Salesforce ServiceCloud and Knowledge
Service related analytics
Good communication written and oral with business functional leads, managers, and IT leads
Attention to detail
Project management skills (scope, resources, time, risks, RACI, etc)
Scrum / Agile methodology
