As a key member of our Overnight Grocery Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our store is prepared for a successful day. You will be responsible for receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays and back stock while adhering to our high-quality standards. Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all products meet our rigorous quality standards.
2. Accurately manage waste sorting and scanning.
3. Meet production standards consistently.
4. Stock shelves, bins, and food prep areas efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
5. Organize back stock effectively.
6. Handle and verify invoices for products delivered outside regular receiving hours.
7. Check-in product accurately and report any discrepancies to team leadership.
8. Receive product into proper storage or sales floor space.
9. Aid in sorting and receiving overnight deliveries for different teams.
10. Punctually arrive at your workstation, ready to contribute to the team's success.
11. Deliver outstanding customer service and model suggestive selling techniques.
12. Maximize sales potential through appropriate stocking and merchandising strategies.
13. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
14. Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment and keep equipment in top condition.
15. Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as required while ensuring accuracy in signage and pricing.
16. Report safety hazards promptly.
17. Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:

• No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Majority of the time spent standing or walking during shifts.
• Hand use involves grasping, manipulating, and pushing/pulling.
• Work involves bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexibility to work in both wet and dry environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Use of tools and heavy machinery may be required.
• May involve using ladders.
