What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team and manage customer acquisition strategy
- Analyze data insights and trends to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
- Provide supervision to ensure call handling meets regulatory requirements and resolve customer issues
- Deliver constructive feedback to enhance team performance and inspire members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Strong background in sales and call center metrics, workforce management, and service quality management
- Customer service experience in a medical or health-related environment
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes
- Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in call center operations
