Job Details

The primary responsibility of the Laboratory Supervisor is to direct a team of specialized employees ensuring good manufacturing practices and safe operating procedures are followed to achieve on-time and accurate laboratory testing results. The Laboratory Supervisor directly supervises employees. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve results through direct reports including the management of the laboratory schedule to ensure the site is appropriately supported during all production. Manages the data systems used to report and analyze the results of laboratory activities. Conduct regular shift meetings regarding, safety, production, quality, and other information as needed. Reviews procedures and identifies improvement areas, waste, and how to easily communicate the results to production. Ensure all required quality and safety documentation and training is completed and delivered in accordance with department and company requirements including conducting audits.
