Job Title: Clinical Trial Technician

The Clinical Trial Technician position is based within our Clinical Patch Testing department, working with departmental management and the Principal Investigator to implement clinical trials for patch testing protocols.

Job Type and Hours

Full Time. Base Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM or 11:00AM - 8:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

To perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the educational and experience requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Review protocols, test samples, inclusion/exclusion criteria, recruitment requirements, and study schedule.
  2. Implement all aspects of patch testing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with SOPs, IRB protocols, Human Subject Protection, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Perform CRF transcription and data entry into Excel.
  4. Peer review trial data for accuracy, integrity, and protocol compliance.


Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of workforce experience required.

Communication Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Initiative, problem-solving, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and maintain clinical trial information and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and physicians.


Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, sit, stand, handle objects, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds. Visual requirements include reading documents, inspecting materials, and using a computer monitor.
