Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by assisting with account management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries across multiple communication channels.
Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, Basic technical troubleshooting skills (especially in a remote work environment), Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Preferred Background: Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, or healthcare, Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, Recent and consistent work history (no significant employment gaps)
