Job Details

Actively participate in safety processes, including Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Task Safety Analyses (TSA), and safety observations to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. Collaborate with Operations and other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance repairs efficiently. Review work scope, ensuring materials, tools, and resources are available to optimize craft productivity. Execute daily preventative maintenance and work orders. Identify equipment defects, take corrective actions when possible, and recommend long-term solutions. Develop and refine maintenance and safety procedures individually or as part of a team. Interpret and apply technical manuals, procedures, and specifications (in English) to execute assigned tasks effectively. Coordinate work activities with other team members as needed. Be available for overtime, weekend, holiday, and shift work as required.
