The Houseman is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all banquet guests. This position correctly and efficiently sets up and breaks down all banquet department functions while practicing safe handling, care and storage of all banquet equipment and supplies. The Houseman is responsible for keeping the function room area, aisle room and storage areas, neat and clean at all times. This position services all meeting rooms during breaks, and works side-by-side with all banquet staff to assist and service guests. Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's core values and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times ..
