A Member Experience Generalist develops internal relationships and utilizes all branch resources to support branch Team Members while playing a critical role in ensuring delivery of legendary Member experience. This is a full-time, onsite position @ AAA Petaluma. Saturday work is required and a bilingual Spanish, insurance licensed professional is a plus!
