The Program Coordination Manager responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and coordinate the Courts Pre-Trial program. Lead development and implementation of the Courts Collaborative Courts Program, including policies, procedures, and referral processes. Coordinate with judicial officers, attorneys, probation, treatment providers, and community-based agencies to create and sustain effective multidisciplinary teams. Provide support to judges presiding over pre-trial court calendars and other collaborative court initiatives, including preparation of files, participant updates, and staffing discussions. Collect, analyze, and report program data for internal evaluation, Judicial Council reporting, and grant compliance. Identify and pursue grant opportunities in coordination with Court Finance to sustain program operations. Research and disseminate best practices and evidence-based treatment models.
