Sr. HR Assistant

Level: Senior Rank & File (Sr. Assistant)

  • Handles Compensation & Benefits, payroll support, timekeeping, and recruitment coordination
  • Supports sustainability initiatives by consolidating HR data for reporting
  • Administers employee benefits (HMO, leave, insurance, allowances); Processes government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG); Prepares payroll instructions and computations; Assists employees with loan and benefit applications
  • Monitors daily attendance records; Prepares monthly timekeeping reports for payroll; Validates OT, leaves, tardiness, and absences
  • Assists in end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles
  • Coordinates training programs and supports OD activities
  • Coordinates and executes engagement events and employee activities
  • Ensures compliance with policies; Cascades HR and company updates to employees
  • Coordinates with agencies for permits, DOLE requirements, and compliance matters
  • Assists in planning and coordinating tours with the HR/Admin team
  • Prepares HR admin requests and procurement documents
  • Provides guidance and support to HR Assistants & support staff; Suggests improvements for HR processes
  • Coordinates safety drills and training; Monitors safety compliance records; Assists in reporting incidents to HR Manager
  • Updates and maintains HRIS records, ensures data accuracy, and generates basic reports
  • Handles day-to-day employee concerns; Prepares initial documentation for ER cases
  • Prepares and sends HR-related announcements and memos
  • Assists in performance review cycles; Prepares tools and coordinates schedules
  • Coordinates with government agencies for permits, clearances, and compliance submissions
  • Monitors vehicle usage logs and maintenance records; Coordinates with suppliers for service requests
  • Maintains fleet records, registration, insurance, and repairs
  • Maintains RFID records and coordinates issuance/replacements
  • Coordinates with telecom providers; Monitors usage and billing
  • Coordinates with manpower agencies for deployment, billing, and issue resolution; Reviews agency billings before endorsement
  • Implements assigned training plans; Coordinates with external trainers; Consolidates feedback for training effectiveness
  • Encodes and monitors billings, purchase requests, and other disbursement transactions; Ensures timely processing
