Physical Therapist Home Health - Physical Therapist - $2,700 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Work with geriatric patients; case load described as 1:1 with potential visits to up to 6 patients per day.
• Follow productivity expectations (30 productivity points standard).

Qualifications

• 12 months of role experience required, with some experience in the last 12 months.
• At least 12 months of Home Health experience.
• Experience with Oasis is required.
• Candidates must have a valid license (required for submission).
• Local and travel candidates considered.
