Job Description : SUMMARY The Resolution Coordinator facilitates customer damage claims and acts as a liason between Ryder Last Miles sub-contracted Service Partners and all parties to ensure claims are resolved timely and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES + Receive and process new property claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and entered into claim management systems and that responsible parties are notified. + Act as the primary point of contact for claimants, clients, Site Managers, Service Partners, and Third Party Adjusters-keeping everyone informed throughout the claims process. + Ensure claims are resolved in a timely and fair manner, often negotiating with involved parties to reach agreement. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION + H.S. diploma/GED + Associates degree, preferred. + Bachelors degree, preferred.
