Job Details

The Production Foreman directs and participates in activities within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures. This Foreman position will be a working role, working to repair products and managing a small team. Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime might be required. Location: Benicia, CA Responsibilities:Production planning in different work centers (machining, welding, assembly, mechanics/millwrights)Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework)Able to assist Customers with troubleshooting and technical questions.
