Our client, a leading organization in the scientific and analytical industry, is seeking a Confirmations Tech II to join their team. As a Confirmations Tech II, you will be part of the laboratory support team, ensuring precise analysis and data integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Confirmations Tech II

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay Range: 22/ hr on w2
12 to 8 pm shift

What's the Job?

• Read, understand, and follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Accurately identify analyzed samples and verify sequence correctness for each batch
• Process instrument data and generate comprehensive reports
• Conduct initial review of GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS analytical data according to SOPs
• Transcribe or upload results to the Laboratory Information System (LIS) for final review and certification

What's Needed?

• A bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field
• At least one year of experience working in an analytical laboratory environment
• Ability to work safely with biological specimens, chemicals, and laboratory equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors
