Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a technology corporation in their search for a Temporary Contracts Paralegal. This temporary position offers a hybrid schedule based out of Pleasanton, CA, and is expected to last a few months, subject to client needs.

The Temporary Contracts Paralegal will assist with onsite legal diligence and organization in preparation for a sale process. The successful candidate will review proposals, contracts, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other documents for relevance to the transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough review of contracts, vendor agreements, and lease agreements.
• Assist with due diligence and organization of materials in support of a pending sale.
• Work closely with in-house counsel and business teams to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support other transactional needs as they arise during the process.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a transactional paralegal, with strong background in contract review and due diligence.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite in Pleasanton, CA).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
