Job Details

Bay Area based fast growing biopharmaceutical company seeks a Sr Director of Finance to own all of R&D finance, including clinical accounting, clinical forecasting and clinical payments which is all done in-house. The role will manage 1-2 staff initially and eventually build out the team as the company continues to scale and grow. This role will work onsite 2 days per week and can sit in the Bay Area, CA or New Jersey/NY. Relocation is available for the right candidate to either location.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience with a heavy focus on clinical finance in the biopharma or healthcare sector.
• Interest in owning the full R&D finance and accounting function.
• Strong executive presence including strong communication and presentation skills.
