As a Free Sample Engagement Associate, your role will be crucial in driving sales by actively engaging customers and showcasing brands through live events and product sampling. Your presence will be especially impactful during weekends, which is when customer engagement peaks.

Responsibilities include:

• Boosting sales through customer interaction and bringing brands to life via live events and product sampling.
• Working primarily on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to maximize your influence during peak shopping times.

About you:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and store management.
• Aged 18 or older.
• Available for 2+ shifts each weekend (Friday through Sunday) with a minimum of 3 weekends per month commitment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable with preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• A motivated self-starter who can work efficiently both independently and alongside others.
• Prioritize safety in a retail environment.
