Assistant Center Store Manager - Food. Maxx - 605 Rohnert Park Expressway, Rohnert Park, CA 94928 The Assistant Center Store Manager assures that our customers needs are met and exceeded through effective management of the assigned area. This position oversees front-end operations and staff in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Center Store Manager will rotate responsibility in the following assigned areas: Front-End - Oversees Front-End staff (to include Cashiers and Clerks Helpers) and operations including effective resource scheduling for productivity and customer service level optimization. Oversees parking lot operations and conditions, and is accountable for the store balancing function. Night Crew Oversees overall Center Store operations. Accountable for productivity standards, oversees night receiving function, facility security, manages shrink and ensures store is ready for next day opening.
