Controller Status: Full Time Classification: Exempt Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Remote/ Hybrid-Onsite Preferred) The Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and provides oversight and management of the accounting operations and finance team members within Nations Finest. The Controller is a crucial leader in financial operations of Nations Finest, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency. This is a supervisory senior management position responsible for management of A/ P and A/ R, the maintenance of accounting records, monthly close, grant funding requests, annual audits, monthly financial reporting, and coordinating with the CFO to produce report packages for the Board of Directors, funding partners, or other stakeholders as required.
