BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)

We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs. This position is part-time to full-time, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on collaboration, naturalistic teaching (NET, PRT, ESDM), and family partnership.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop meaningful goals
• Supervise ABA programs in-home
• Train and mentor behavior technicians & parents
• Review data and adjust programs
• Write clear, timely reports

• BCBA certification (required)
• 3+ years ABA experience, with naturalistic approaches (NET, PRT, ESDM)
• Strong data analysis and program evaluation skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation + Live Scan clearance

• $45–55/hr DOE
• Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement
