Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a collaborative and client-focused wealth management team who is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their team! This role is a key part of the client services function, supporting advisors in all aspects of client management and operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Client Services, the position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensure high-quality service for all clients. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal team members.
  • Respond to ongoing client requests in a timely and accurate manner, aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Compose professional correspondence, including letters and emails, on behalf of advisors.
  • Assist advisors with administrative and client-related tasks, proactively identifying ways to support the team.
  • Work effectively with employees across multiple office locations using a variety of communication tools.
  • Maintain a paperless office, completing account paperwork electronically whenever possible.
  • Input, update, and verify client information in internal systems.
  • Maintain and improve client service procedures and processes.
  • Take ownership of daily client service functions as appropriate.
  • Support front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing meeting spaces.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including phone coverage and scheduling support.

Systems & Tools:

  • Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) and document management systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of directly related experience in client service or the financial industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a team environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and a personable attitude.
