Join our team of detail-oriented HVAC installation technicians. We're looking for an experienced and professional install technician to help our client's stay comfortable and healthy indoors. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. You're comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations. Responsibilities: • Outline and join electrical wiring according to the diagram using hand tools • Communicate with clients on how to properly use and maintain their new equipment • Attach pipes or tubing from the fuel, water, or refrigerant source to HVAC equipment • Adhere to all applicable codes, standards, policies, and safety procedures • Check electrical testing equipment to check all electrical circuits and components • Be prompt and responsible • Ability to keep your truck stocked and ready • Great communication with customers and office staff • Attention to safety and willing to hold your team accountable for requirements • Understand and execute proper pressurizing and evacuation techniques • Perform proper commissioning upon completion • Use applications and AI tools for proper communication with admin staff and supervisors • Have leadership skills and the ability to guide your team towards success • Have a desire to enhance your career and achieve high levels of skill commensurate with earning potential • Ability and willingness to follow the manufacturer's recommended techniques and procedures • Desire to spend some of your time off hours utilizing guided training modules provided by the company. Qualifications: • Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics • Working knowledge of low voltage electrical wiring and high voltage connections • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent • Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses • 4+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience ( if your resume shows less than 4 years of experience, you will not be considered for this position, and I will understand you did not read all the requirements) • Clean driving record • Reliable Transportation • Good attitude • Good communication skills • Good organizational skills • Accomplished leadership skills Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 yearly

Compensation:
$70,000-$125,000 per year
