Responsibilities:


  • Maintain inventory of rubber goods and tooling, including testing schedules, expiration tracking, and replacement coordination.
  • Package and distribute tested goods to field crews in a timely and organized manner.
  • Coordinate with third-party labs for dielectric testing in compliance with OSHA and PG&E standards.
  • Deliver tools and materials to job sites as needed.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of testing certifications and tool logs.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding logistics and safety gear distribution.
  • Provide field presence during mobilizations, audits, or safety meetings.
  • Communicate with safety professionals and field leaders to support operational needs.



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Safety Professional or Safety Specialist
  • Experience handling insulated rubber goods, PPE, and compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of OSHA & ASTM electrical safety standards.
  • Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, and organizational skills


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of PG&E field safety programs & tooling logistics
  • OSHA 30, OSHA 50 certification
  • CHST, CSP, or CUSP certification


Education:

  • Highschool diploma or higher

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually
