Hire Up Healthcare is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a 13-week local contract for a hospital facility in St. Helena, CA. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known organization. Must have at least 1 year of experience. Job Summary: Assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the facilities' vehicles and equipment in reliable operation and in good repair. Performs a variety of routine general and preventative maintenance duties. Maintains required records. Pay: $21.00 Shift: Day 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 Hour); 30 min Lunch. Monday - Friday Essential Functions: Perform routine inspections of buildings grounds, and Equipment. Complete work orders (repairs, adjustments, replacements) in offices and common areas. Patch walls, sand, and paint surfaces as needed. Replace light bulbs, fuses, and perform minor electrical repairs. Unclog drain, fix leaky faucets, and handle other minor plumbing issues.
