At NorthBay Health, the Health Information Management Technician II (Release of Information) is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI) requests for medical records and subpoenas in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. At all times, must safeguard and protect the patients right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patients medical information and that all release of information are in compliance with HIPPA regulations and hospital policy and procedures.
