Role Description

This is a full-time union-based on-site role for a NACE/Firestopping Inspector located in the San Francisco Bay area. The NACE/Firestopping Inspector will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, supervising painting and insulation applications, ensuring quality control, and overseeing coatings processes. The inspector will also work closely with project managers to report findings, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and provide accurate documentation of inspection results.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience with Paint and Insulation applications
• Coatings knowledge and application experience
• Strong Quality Control skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Greater Boston
• NACE certification is required.
• IFC Premier certification and or ICC CLA certification is required.
• Relevant work experience in construction or engineering fields
