Description:

Provides for coordination of office operations as they relate to workflow, public relations, office and student volunteers, furniture and equipment operation and maintenance, facility safety and maintenance, receipt of funds. Participates in creation and accomplishment of office goals and assists with office events. Provides area-wide support and planning for the phone and voicemail systems. Coordinates with property managers, employees, vendors, volunteers and SJH departments in conducting all aspects of the job. Position Specific Responsibilities - Maintains Memorial Hospice and North County Hospice receipt of funds systems. - Provides coordination of office systems relating to workflow, systems, supplies, equipment, facility operations and maintenance, clinical equipment (cell phones and pagers).
