Job Description
At NorthBay Health, the Clinical Systems Instructor I, provides instructor and performance support. Develops skills to assists with support of curricular development, training, and monitors and improves performance on the job. With mentoring, supports department-based systems trainers and resource staff. Is a member of the Learning and Leadership Development Team within Human Resources.
Because of the program-based nature of job assignments, on-call availability requirements apply to periods greater than two weeks. Assignments are typically negotiated and documented at the beginning of the evaluation year and re-evaluated on a continuous basis.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related training experience highly preferred; preferably in Nursing, Education, Information Technology, or Human Resources.
- College level coursework in adult learning and instructional design strongly preferred.
Experience: - One year IT, clinical, and/or equivalent training experience preferred.
- Experience using medical terminology and knowledge of patient care workflows required.
Skills: - Excellent classroom and one-on-one training skills preferred.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills required.
- Intermediate proficiency in word processing and database applications required to support project work. Experience with spreadsheet, presentation, and project management applications strongly preferred.
- Instructional design skills strongly preferred.
- Must demonstrate the highest discipline re: confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy office environment essential.
- Requires a high level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for teamwork and service excellence.

Compensation: $34.02 to $41.31 based on years of experience doing the duties of the role.
