Account Success Representative (ASR) - Fully Remote
SimiTree is looking for an outstanding Account Success Representative to join our Revenue Cycle Management team to assist with providing quality outsourcing engagements for our customers in the post-acute industry. The primary focus of the Account Success Representative will primarily be account management of revenue cycle outsourcing engagements, specifically services related to eligibility and authorization for post-acute (home health, hospice, and private duty) providers. The goal of this role is to ensure client success through quality revenue cycle management services and to work alongside revenue cycle team to perform daily duties. A key component of this success is to provide superior customer service and validate key performance indicators to be at optimal levels. The position may require some travel as needed, but the work will mainly be remote.
