The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for Analytical Instrumentation Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot PAT systems and analytical instruments.
• Document maintenance in SAP.
• Investigate and resolve equipment-related events.
• Coordinate with vendors and escort them on-site when necessary.
• Assist in deploying new PAT systems.
• Ensure high system uptime and prevent equipment failures.
• Uphold cGMP compliance and data integrity standards.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree (required), preferably in Engineering or Analytical Sciences.
• Experience with analytical systems.
• GMP manufacturing or QC lab experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with instruments like Roche Cedex Bio/HiRes, Cobas b 221, YSI 2900, Nova FLEX2, Advanced Instruments OsmoTech XT, Endress+Hauser Raman, etc.
• Experience using Smartline Data Cockpit (SDC) or other data systems.
• SAP system knowledge is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience.

Additional Information:

• Location: Vacaville, CA
• Assignment Duration: 5 months
• Pay range: $35-$45/hr. on W2 depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
