Directs and administers programs to maximize revenue/yield management with a strong emphasis on membership sales. Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals, and expenses for golf operations department. Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed, requested, or required by management or representatives. Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary. Develops, maintains, and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements as necessary. Work closely with all of the hotel departments to maximize total property revenue: Sales, PR, and F&B. Conduct effective hiring, training, coaching, and counselling according to hotel polices.
