We offer competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) retirement, PTO, and much more!**Our Executive Director*** Provides leadership for the Community and its staff.* Supervise directly/indirectly all staff in the Community.* Implements programs and services for residents that are developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff members.* Ensures Community is in compliance with regulatory standards.* Directs the management team to ensure the success of the Community including:* Works closely with residents, family and responsible parties to achieve a high level of satisfaction.* Maintains a positive relationship with the professional community.* Facilitates open communication with staff and peers.* Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records as appropriate.* Is accountable for all areas of operations meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.* Participates and accounts for oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.* Operates the Community in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.* Supports and guides the Business Office Manager completes required tasks.* Responsible for the implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to and strategic goals* Perform other duties as assigned**What you need to succeed:*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.* Must have an RCFE License for the state of California* Minimum of two years of experience working in related organizations, and a minimum of three years of management experience.* A minimum of 2 years as Assistant Executive Director or Executive Director in senior living facility* Knowledge of senior living community development as well as state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the senior living industry.* Must have experience working with long term care, assisted living, and retirement communities, and experience with budgets and capital improvement projects.* Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite* Must have proven leadership and administrative skills with a professional demeanor, speaking and writing abilities.* Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community* Must possess current driver's license.* Completion of Background screen and drug screen, may require additional pre-employment screening such as a physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.* May require first aid certification per CA Title 22#J-18808-Ljbffr
