Material Planner II: $15.74 $26.22/hour

Material Planner III: $19.44 $32.41/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Material Planner (Level II or III) to join our Supply Chain team. This role is critical to ensuring timely material availability to support our production goals. You will be responsible for executing material requirements planning, optimizing inventory, and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain accurate and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks to convert planned orders into material plans, including creation and management of material requirements.
• Liaise with Supply Planners, Schedulers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure material plans are current and responsive to changes.
• Maintain detailed planning parameters in ERP systems.
• Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and expedite material availability.
• Track and report KPIs related to material availability and inventory health.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and reduce scrap/waste.
• Collaborate on safety stock and inventory strategies to meet production plans.
• Ensure timely testing and release of materials for production.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting supply chain inventory management and strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to report on KPIs and perform root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Business Intelligence tools to extract and report data.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production planning processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.72 - $32.41/hr.
