We re seeking a driven and dedicated culinary professional who s hungry to learn and grow. You should bring a solid foundation of commercial kitchen experience ideally with time in fine dining and a passion for mastering every station, from prep to pastry. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized under pressure, and have the confidence to engage with guests about food and wine.

This role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, and excited to deliver remarkable hospitality experiences. Flexibility is key: evenings, weekends, and travel between winery locations are part of the experience.
