About the Role

Were looking for an exceptional, results-driven Senior Manager of Technical Product Marketing to drive cross-platform GTM strategy and execution, with a focus on technical differentiation. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing and collaborates closely across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive go-to-market success for a key pillar of the Cresta platform.

Location: SF or NYC preference, remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous refinement of positioning and messaging for Cresta's technical platform, including Opera, AI models, Integrations, APIs, and security, and create sales and marketing collateral that communicates differentiation and value.
• Develop and oversee Cresta's technical buyer personas, advancing internal understanding and segmenting messaging to turn them into deal advocates.
• Partner across product, sales, and marketing to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive Cresta's growth.
• Introduce platform and model-related innovation to drive adoption and pipeline by developing market launches and enablement for cross-functional teams.
• Provide a data-driven perspective to influence roadmap priorities by analyzing how platform strengths, weaknesses, and gaps impact wins and losses.
• Move fast, solve open-ended problems, and contribute to building and growing market-leading AI products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting in executive-level settings.
• Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge of large language models and applications of AI in the enterprise.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and virtual agents.
• Preferred: experience in hyper-growth scale-ups.

Compensation

Cresta's compensation approach is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table. The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family. Salary Range: $140k-215k + Equity
