Job Title: Senior Analyst - Financial Systems

Location (city, state): Dublin, CA

Compensation: $93,000 - $140,000 base salary + bonus

On a typical day, you will support and enhance PeopleSoft Finance 9.0+ by handling system administration, light configurations, reporting, and troubleshooting issues that come up during month-end close or audits. The role is very user-facing as you will field calls, resolve requests, train users, manage security access, and deliver reports that Finance and regional teams rely on. Every day brings something different, and over time you will expand into upgrades, projects, and process improvements that modernize finance systems and strengthen collaboration between Finance and IT

Required Tech/Experience (Manager won't consider candidates without the following):

1. 7 years of experience with PeopleSoft Finance 9.0 or higher (system administration, basic configurations, and reporting)
2. Experience supporting month-end close processes, data changes, security access, and SOX audit requirements
3. Proven track record of partnering with Finance and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver system improvements
4. Strong cross functional communication skills

Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list):

1. Exposure to Hyperion EPBCS or other financial planning tools
2. Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
3. Prior experience working in the retail industry
