Position Expectations

Overaa Construction is looking for a high potential candidate with a minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare and related fields. The executive role will lead the charge in growing and expanding the healthcare business for our company. A vital role includes developing and mentoring a team of managers. As a key company representative, the PX is expected to deliver projects on-schedule and within budget that exceed expectations of our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Responsible for developing and expanding healthcare and lab market sectors.
• Responsible for overall project execution, from precon to closeout.
• Develop and motivate Overaa teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, with high-level craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
• Manage contractual obligations including owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and industry partners to ensure repeat customers and referrals.
• Promote a culture of safety as demanded by Overaa.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with company values including loyalty, humility, reliability, can-do attitude, and doing the right thing.
• Responsible for directing and mentoring project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and project admins.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant construction experience.
• HCAI experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and lead a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills.
• Knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, and Microsoft Project.
