We are looking for a full-time Account Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, and Boston, MA regions. The role demands an individual who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships within the biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue and market expansion.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate deals, pricing structures, and contracts to maximize profitability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key business metrics.

Qualifications:

• Education: PhD or Master's in Cell & Molecular Biology， Structural Biology， Microbiology， Biomedical Sciences， Genetics & Genomics， Immunology， Synthetic Biology， Environmental & Agricultural Biology, Life Sciences (for biotech/pharma), or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the Bio industry and an understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to interface with customers and possess strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
• Mandarin speaking is a plus.
