Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, coordinating with offshore technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This is a hybrid role requiring both strong analytical capabilities and hands-on project management skills.

The suitable candidate should have 10+ years experience in Business Analysis role.

Should have domain experience in Financial / Asset Management industry.

Must be local to San Francisco, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Act as a liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Strong experience working with offshore teams and managing remote communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
