About the Role

A leading AI research lab is looking for experienced Data Science Experts to contribute to part-time, high-impact projects focused on code validation, prompt refinement, algorithmic evaluation, and model benchmarking. This role is designed for professionals who want to work part-time and flexibly while applying their expertise to shape the future of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
• Validate technical concepts for correctness and precision.
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
• Tag and organize content by topic and difficulty.
• Support benchmarking workflows to evaluate AI model performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field (Bachelors minimum; advanced degree preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Skilled in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and feature engineering on large datasets.
• Start Date: Immediate (rolling applications).
• Duration: 12 months, with extension potential.
• Commitment: ~1525 hours/week (flexible, up to 40 if desired).
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous work on your own time.

Compensation & Contract

• Rate: $80$120/hour (USD), depending on experience.
• Daily payments via Stripe Connect.
