Location: Remote or Hybrid (San Rafael, CA) (Flexible within the U.S.)
12-Month W2 Assignment (potential to extend / convert)
Pay: $76-79/HR

Our client, an innovative biotechnology company dedicated to transforming lives through genetic discovery, is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director, Engagement Platforms and Reporting to join its Global Medical Affairs team. This team plays a critical role in enhancing the value and impact of medical engagement by implementing and optimizing technology platforms and reporting frameworks.

bout the Role

s the Engagement Platforms and Reporting leader, you will drive the strategy, implementation, and management of digital platforms that support medical engagement activities, such as congresses, medical education, and field medical engagements. You will also develop and lead reporting frameworks that quantify the impact of Medical Affairs' efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of technology platforms to support Medical Engagement.
• Build and execute an engagement measurement framework to track KPIs and impact across field medical, societies, and congresses.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders including Commercial, IT, Legal, Compliance, and global field teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital platform and reporting needs within Medical Engagement.
• Manage external vendors for platform implementation and reporting services.
• Coordinate project logistics, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Support the digital roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred (consulting or relevant tech experience may be considered).
• Strong background with medical affairs systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, and similar digital platforms.
• Experience in measurement and reporting of medical engagement activities is highly desired.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with diverse teams in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) is a plus.
