Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 base with 15% annual bonus, LTIP, full relocation, health, PTO

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment used in power generation and distribution operations
  
• Perform system analysis, load studies, and fault calculations to ensure reliability and efficiency of electrical infrastructure
  
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components, including switchgear, transformers, and control systems
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve performance issues or equipment failures
  
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure compliance with safety standards
  
• Support capital projects by providing technical specifications, reviewing vendor proposals, and coordinating with contractors
  
• Ensure all work adheres to national and local electrical codes, regulatory standards, and internal quality procedures
  
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and technical drawings to support operational audits and engineering reviews
